These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and apply to all transactions between us and yourself. By using our website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

Payment

Online payments are made through our secure server, Paypal. Payment can be made via Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Switch and Solo. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make payments using your card, just fill in your card details at the checkout.

Delivery Charges

UK Mainland Orders

All items to UK Mainland are sent via Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcels. The postage charges are individually calculated for each item and is dependent upon the weight and size of the product.The postage charge for each item is listed directly underneath the product price on each single product page. All postage charges listed with item descriptions are based on delivery to UK Mainland only.

When purchasing multiple items, the postage charges are calculated according to total weight and are displayed before you make payment at checkout.

Orders that weigh up to 1.25kg are sent First Class and orders weighing above this are sent Standard Parcels.

Overseas Orders

We can ship worldwide but please contact us at mail@beezkneezuk.com for best postage prices. Some destinations are already added to the system, these include Republic of Ireland, France, Greece, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal and Spain, the postage costs for these destinations will be higher than the UK Mainland charges and will be shown at checkout and calculated according to weight and size, these items are sent via Royal Mail Airmail.

If a parcel exceeds 2kg in weight please contact us for best postage prices as anything above this weight will be expensive to post overseas, these heavier parcels will be sent by courier.

Delivery Times

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours of payment clearance but please allow 10 working days for UK delivery and 15 working days for international delivery.

Pricing & Product Information

Prices listed are in UK Pound Sterling. We do not charge VAT as we are not currently VAT registered.

Prices of our products are correct at time of entering information. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time and without prior notice.

Whilst every care is taken to represent the goods accurately in the photographs shown, some variations in the image and colour may occur due to limitations and variations in software, browsers and monitors. Any references to product size and height is approximate only. However, we do try to make these as accurate as possible.

Contract Information

All orders made by you to this website are subject to successful payment, acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to not accept or to cancel your order up to the point of dispatch for any reason. We will notify you via e-mail if this occurs.

Ownership Of Goods

All goods supplied by Beez Kneez remain the property of Beez Kneez until full payment has cleared into our bank account.
